Jane Mallett Theatre tickets & upcoming events

The Jane Mallett Theatre is one of Toronto's hidden gems, nestled inside the bustling St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts. This cozy yet vibrant venue has a fascinating history, fun fact, it’s where a certain famous actor made his directorial debut and received rave reviews. The space has seen some pretty neat upgrades over the years, like a bigger stage in 1991 to host larger ballet companies and a killer sound system that makes every note and word feel up close and personal. During the 2017 jazz festival, it broke records with record-breaking crowds, proving it’s still got that special spark. The upper level is designed with sightlines in mind, so no one’s missing out on the action, even if they’re not in the front row. Plus, the elevated spots are often cooler and more comfortable, perfect for those long shows. Want to catch a concert on a whim? Last-minute tickets usually pop up, and the interactive seating chart makes picking the right spot for you or your kids a breeze. Whether you’re eyeing front-row excitement with Davide De Pierro or relaxing in the VIP sections with Joanne McNally, this theatre is all about making your experience memorable. And honestly, it’s a great spot to grab some friends or family for a night out that’s full of surprises and good vibes.
